Refund Policy – Tread Tyre Services At Tread, we believe that quality service starts long before your tyres touch the road. Whether you're booking an emergency replacement, a seasonal swap, or a full wheel alignment, your confidence in us matters. That’s why we’ve created a transparent and fair refund policy — built to reflect the same care and precision we bring to every vehicle. Refunds for Services Refunds for completed services are generally not issued, as time, labor, and resources are already invested. However, we will consider a refund or partial refund under the following conditions: The service was clearly incomplete or performed incorrectly (e.g., tyre not properly fitted, alignment visibly off). You were charged for a service that was never performed. A booking was accidentally duplicated or charged twice. There was a technical error during online booking or payment. If we’ve made a mistake, we’ll take full responsibility — whether that means issuing a refund or inviting you back for a free correction. Refunds for Products For tyres or other products purchased through Tread (e.g., valves, wheels, tyre accessories), refunds may be issued if: The item was defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery or installation. You cancel your order before it has been shipped or installed. The product was not installed, unused, and returned within the allowed time frame in its original condition. We do not issue refunds for used tyres or products that have been fitted, unless a fault is proven. Non-Refundable Situations We do not offer refunds in the following scenarios: You changed your mind after the product was installed or used. You provided incorrect details (e.g., wrong tyre size, wrong vehicle model) at the time of booking or purchase. You failed to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice. Weather conditions, traffic delays, or mechanical issues unrelated to the service. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled service may incur a fee. How to Request a Refund To start a refund request, please provide: Your order or booking reference number. A detailed explanation of the issue. Photo evidence, if relevant (e.g., faulty installation, damaged product). Our customer service team will assess your request within a reasonable timeframe and let you know the next steps. If the refund is approved, it will be processed using your original method of payment. In some cases, we may offer an alternative — such as store credit or a complimentary service — depending on the situation. Fair Use & Abuse Prevention Tread reserves the right to deny refund requests that appear to be fraudulent, excessive, or in breach of our terms. We aim to be fair — and expect fairness in return.
